Under
certain conditions of stress, human groups become
genocidal. They attempt to exterminate or damage all
members of an alien group just because they are members of
that group. They attack all of them - old men, women,
children - even fetuses in pregnant women are sometimes
extirpated and killed. This differs from conventional
warfare in which success is gained by merely incapacitating an
alien group's armed forces.
